The Frontline Workers Counseling Project (FWCP)
FWCP is a non-profit organization that connects frontline and essential workers in California, with free high-quality psychotherapy and support groups offered by licensed professional psychotherapists. We remove common barriers to care, helping frontline workers connect as easily and quickly as possible with the therapist of their choice from among hundreds of FWCP volunteer therapists.
All Frontline Workers Count: The FWCP serves all kinds of frontline and essential workers. The frontline worker population is extremely diverse and includes many workers who do not receive the recognition or support they should. In addition to healthcare workers and first responders, we support all other types of frontline and essential workers, such as workers in homeless and domestic violence shelters, essential childcare providers, workers in food distribution, and more.
If you are licensed in California and are interested in volunteering, learn more here.
